At La Plage Casanis, chic resort wear is perfect — linen, swimwear with a cover-up and sandals for the sand, dialled up as the I 💙 WED party moves into the evening.
Dinner show & late night
For Mamzel's SAUVAGE dinner show and Le Jade's late nights, go for statement, glamorous outfits. The more you commit to the look, the better the night feels.
Le Jade and Nota Blu: the Golden Mile at night
Le Jade is the piano bar inside Nota Blu on the Golden Mile, created with The Macallan: soft lighting, velvet and a grand piano, with live music and DJ sets late into the night. Dress for that room. Tailored trousers with a shirt or a fine knit, a dress or a sharp jumpsuit, and polished shoes or heels all work. Nota Blu, the brasserie next door, asks for smart elegant, so one outfit takes you from dinner to the last song.
Autumn and winter in Marbella
From November the days stay mild, but the evenings cool down quickly, especially by the sea. Bring a layer you are happy to be seen in: a blazer, a light coat, a leather jacket or a cashmere knit. At the beach club, keep the beach-chic look and add a jacket for the sunset; in the Old Town, flat or block-heeled shoes cope better with the cobbles.
Halloween 2026: Alter Ego and Día de Muertos
On Saturday 31 October, Alter Ego takes over Le Jade with one line: shed the mask, let your true self emerge. Come masked or come as your alter ego, in red and black; a fox mask echoes the flyer, but any mask works, and it is still an elegant piano bar, so keep the outfit sharp.
The next day, Sunday 1 November, Día de Muertos at La Plage Casanis closes the weekend with LIVA K from 10:00 to 23:30. Think Catrina make-up, flower crowns and marigold tones over smart beachwear, plus a layer for the evening. Both nights are on our Halloween 2026 page.
New Year’s Eve 2026
New Year’s Eve is the most dressed-up night of the year. The gala dinner at Nota Blu Marbella calls for smart elegant at its most festive: suits, cocktail and evening dresses, sequins welcome. Casanis Bistrot in the Old Town is smart casual, with the twelve grapes and the cotillón at midnight. What to avoid at night

- Sports shorts, flip-flops and sliders
- Swimwear or beach cover-ups away from the beach club
- Anything torn, stained or very casual
The door team always has the final word, so if you are unsure, dress up rather than down. A table reservation does not change the dress code, so dress for the venue even when you have booked.
