🥂 New Year’s Eve Menu 2026 · Nota Blu New Brasserie, Marbella Golden Mile

Nota Blu New Brasserie, the Casanis Group’s brasserie on Marbella’s Golden Mile and home of the piano club Le Jade, sees in 2027 with a gala dinner: four appetizers built on lobster, foie gras, wagyu and caviar, a white roast beef starter, mains of Chilean sea bass with yuzu meunière and Bresse chicken with truffles, and a three-chocolate cake. Every guest has half a bottle of Ruinart Champagne, and at midnight the room eats the twelve lucky grapes before the cotillón and the live music take over.
